What Exactly Do Your Packages Include?
We understand that you're investing a lot of money into your event and that your choice of entertainment will have the largest impact on it's success. We know that you want a quality product, and we promise to deliver it to you by providing you with an experienced, professional, energetic DJ who will keep your party rolling!
You'll also receive lighting and your DJ will carry along a wireless microphone for you or your guests to make any necessary announcements or toasts. All of this, plus a first-rate sound system pumping on the dance floor all night long!

Do You Offer Any Discounts?
We offer reduced prices for current or former members of the military for certain types of events, as well as other discounts depending on the date of your event. Contact us and we'll tell you if any discounts will apply to your event!
Are You A Full-Time DJ Company?
YES! Our phones are staffed 24/7, and we perform at hundreds of events per year! There are many "amateurs" in our industry who have a normal job during the week and then pose as "professional" DJs on the weekends. They are simply doing this for extra cash and not for a living. This is why they generally have lower prices than full-time companies, but like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
Are You Insured?
Yes, we carry more than the standard amount of liability and equipment insurance. A DJ that is uninsured is most likely not a full-time professional.
How Many DJs Work For Ultimate Nights?
There are 8 DJs that work for Ultimate Nights. We will only book a maximum of 6 events on any single date so that we always have 2 backup DJs and backup equipment in case of an emergency.
How Much Interaction Will My DJ Have With My Guests?
However much you want! You may request that your DJ not talk at all, only make the necessary announcements, have an average interaction with your guests, or be very outgoing! It's all up to you!
Will My DJ Take Breaks?
NEVER! Breaks are for bands, not DJs! You will hear CONTINUOUS music, without ANY interruption.
What Type Of Attire Do You Wear?
Full tuxedos, unless you tell us otherwise or the event calls for a different type of attire.
May I Come To An Event And Observe One Of Your DJs Performing?
That's okay with us, but you'll need to contact us first so we can choose an appropriate event for you to attend. While at the event, you can meet one of our DJs, ask him any questions you may have, see him perform, and get a glimpse of the light show. After this, there will be no doubt that WE ARE THE BEST!!!
Can I Request A Particular DJ For My Event?
Of course you can! All of our DJs are professional and experienced, but if you've seen or heard about a specific one and would like to reserve him for your event, just let us know! See our package descriptions for more details!
Can I Meet My DJ Before My Event?
No Problem! If you choose to meet your DJ, you can cover all the details of your event, from start to finish! Keep in mind that even if you choose not to meet your DJ, he will be calling you a few days before your event to confirm all of the details one last time, so everything is perfect for you! Will My DJ Play Overtime If I Want Him To, And If So, How Much Will It Cost Me?
We're more than happy to keep the party rolling as long as you want us to! For weddings, see our package descriptions for more details! For other events, it is based on an hourly rate. Contact us for more details!
For My Wedding, If I Only Need You For Less Than 5 Hours Or Don't Want Any Lighting Is It Any Cheaper?
If you need us for less than 5 hours, discounts are available. Contact us for more details. Also, the package prices are the same whether you want any lighting or not.
Am I Required To Tip My DJ?
It's completely your decision. Occasionally, our DJs do receive tips from happy customers, usually in an amount between $30 and $50, but once again, IT'S YOUR CALL!! All tips and any overtime pay go directly to the DJ, and don't get shared with the company.
How Much Music Will I Be Able To Choose?
You may choose ALL of the music to be played at your event. Our songlist allows you to tell us which songs you want to hear, any songs that MUST be played, and songs or styles of music that you DO NOT WANT to be played.
May I Bring My Own Music For My DJ To Play?
Yes, but we will usually obtain the music ourselves to ensure that the sound quality will be excellent!
How Much Advertising Will You Do At My Event?
The only advertising we will do is announce who we are at the beginning and end of your event, and place a small stack of business cards on the DJ table. That's it. We don't need to splash tacky neon signs or banners everywhere to get new business. More often than not, prospective customers approach us, not the other way around.
Do You REALLY Refuse To Play The Chicken Dance?
We'd rather not play it because it's the cheesiest song ever recorded, and we're a very NON-cheesy DJ company, but if you insist, we'll do it.

BRIAN CAHILL, Owner/Entertainer After originally pursuing a career in radio due to his passion for music, Brian entered the mobile entertainment industry in 1996 and has performed at over 500 weddings and other special events since then. Brian also handles all the administrative tasks of the company, like meeting with clients and training the other entertainers. Brian's favorite aspect of entertainment is bringing happiness to his clients and their families through music.
ADAM D, Entertainer After working for a smaller DJ company for a year, Adam decided he wanted to broaden his knowledge of the mobile entertainment industry and joined Ultimate Nights in 2008. A former bartender and a newlywed himself, Adam knows exactly what it takes to give his clients the perfect wedding reception or other celebration!
AARON K, Entertainer A graduate of the infamous Specs Howard School Of Media Arts, Aaron possesses a keen knowledge of all the latest audio and video toys that DJs like to play with! He splits his time by performing for Ultimate Nights as well as Star 105.5 FM. Aaron has been ready to please his clients since joining Ultimate Nights in 2008. From weddings to college events to kids' birthday parties, he loves it all!
JOEL B, Entertainer Joel trained under legendary Toledo disc jockey Buddy Carr and spent a decade in the mobile entertainment industry before joining Ultimate Nights in 2005. In only five years Joel has become one of the company's most requested entertainers for both weddings and corporate events due to his excellence in customer service.
STEVE A, Entertainer An accomplished bass player in several rock bands over the past 15 years, Steve eventually crossed over into entertaining at numerous bars and nightclubs before coming to Ultimate Nights in 2006. A true "natural" in the business, Steve moved right into performing weddings and other special events with total ease. His attention to detail is what makes him one of the best!
