Weddings (Our Specialty!)

We've created over 1,400 personalized, unforgettable wedding receptions since 1996, and are favored
by numerous venues, photographers, and other wedding vendors
(just ask them).  It's safe to say that
weddings
are our specialty!  We know what it will take to give you the magical day you've always
dreamed about!

We like to meet
you n person so we can discover what your specific needs are, as no two weddings
are the same
.  Then, about two weeks prior to your wedding, we will either meet with again or call
you (your choice) to make any changes and finalize all of the details, to ensure that everything is
absolutely perfect for
you!

As you arrive to your reception, your DJ will be waiting for you outside.  He will then
introduce you and your bridal party as you make your grand entrance to be greeted by your loved
ones.  He will also maintain the proper flow of events throughout the entire evening, and will interact
with the crowd as much or as little as you want him to!  He'll work as a team with your
other vendors  
to ensure that EVERYTHING rolls along according to plan
and you can relax and enjoy yourself!

We offer 4 separate packages for wedding receptions...

DO IT YOURSELF!
-We will deliver and set up a sound system & basic lighting to your event's location.
-You may hook up your laptop, iPod, or use your own CDs to play music.
PRICE:  $300 (you provide the music)
PRICE:  $400 (we load your laptop or iPod with music - we do not provide CDs)
**This package is designed for clients with extremely limited budgets, or for those who do not feel the
need for event coordination or emcee services.  Travel fees may apply.


For our 3 main packages listed below, the prices listed are for weddings held on Saturdays
during our busy season of May through October,
without any discounts or travel fees
applied.  Therefore, the prices are subject to change based on your individual needs.  The

THE BASIC BASH
-We will assign the DJ that is most appropriate for your event.
-Basic lighting (1 lighting effect that will produce multi-colored beams projected on the dance floor
during dancing portion of the event)
-Performance time of 4 hours
-Telephone consultations only with your actual DJ
PRICE:  $595 (extra performance time beyond 4 hours is $50 per 30 minutes)
**This package is designed for receptions with up to 100 guests, second weddings, and non-formal
receptions


THE SUPERIOR CELEBRATION (OUR MOST POPULAR PACKAGE!)
-You may choose a certain DJ if you'd like to*
-Deluxe lighting (3 lighting effects)
-Unlimited performance time!
-1 personal consultation with your actual DJ

*if you have a certain DJ in mind.  If you do not have a certain DJ in mind or if your
choice is unavailable for your date then we will assign the DJ that is most appropriate for your event.

highest level of personalized service!


SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
-If wedding is held on a Friday or Sunday:  $100 off
-If wedding is held on a Monday-Thursday:  $200 off
-If wedding is held in April or November:  $100 off
-If wedding is held in March or December:  $150 off
-If wedding is held in January or February:  $200 off
-If the Bride or Groom is a current or former military member:  $50 off
*If you qualify for more than one discount, only the largest one will be applied.  For example, if your
wedding is on a Friday in April, you will only get a $100 discount and not $200.

TRAVEL FEES (calculated by one-way and not round trip)
-The first 20 miles of travel are free (this includes the general Toledo area)
-21-50 miles:  20 miles free then $1 per mile, rounded to highest $5 increment
-51 miles or more:  20 miles free then $2 per mile, rounded to the highest $5 increment

Hey Brian,

I thought that you were excellent.  You were professional, played all of the special requests we had
made, and kept the party moving.  You did a great job of setting the tone for the night and kept
people dancing.  I was nervous to have the stereotypical DJ that is cheesy and plays those songs
everyone has heard a million times, but I was also worried that you wouldn’t play music that would
make people want to get up and dance.  You ended up playing songs that were familiar enough but
not overdone and everyone had a blast!

You also did a wonderful job emceeing the events (toasts, special dances, garter toss) and I really
appreciate you checking with me regarding a couple questionable song requests our guests had made.

I also loved the online planner with the “must play” list, “do not play” list, and being able to update
everything via your website.  It made leading up to the event very stress-free and I knew that

Hey Brian,

Steve was excellent!  A lot of people have commented about how awesome our DJ was.  It wasn't
just the younger people having a good time, but my parents and aunts and uncles, too. Everyone
really liked that he kept things moving.  There wasn't any waiting around when we did things like the
bouquet toss or cutting the cake and he let me know when he was going to be doing that stuff so
that we could be prepared.

My parents had also wanted to surprise me with a special song and he helped them switch things
around to do this.  Plus, the music all flowed really nicely so that people could keep dancing.

Ceremony Music













We'd be delighted to supply the processional, recessional, and any other background music for your
wedding ceremony.  Plus, if someone will be singing at the wedding, they can use one of our wireless
microphones!  We can also provide your minister or priest with a wireless microphone, so your guests will
be able to clearly hear the proceedings.  Our ceremony rates are priced at three levels...

Same Spot:  The DJ sets up his equipment in one single spot and isn't required to move the
equipment for the duration of the ceremony and reception (Example: holding your ceremony on the
dance floor of your hall, then flowing right into the reception immediately following).  
Price: FREE!

Same Site:
 The DJ sets up in one spot for the ceremony, but is then required to move his equipment
to another spot, but on the same site, for the reception (Example: Nazareth Hall, ceremony in the
Grotto with reception in the Lady Glen Ballroom).  
Price: $100

Different Site:
 The DJ is required to perform at two separate sites for the ceremony and reception
(Example: ceremony at Toledo Botanical Garden with reception at the Ramada Hotel).  
Price: $150

*Certain ceremony locations with difficult access and/or long travel distances will require an extra fee.


Wedding Enhancement Items!!!

Photo Montage

This would be a slideshow presentation of the Bride & Groom, set to 3 songs of your choice.  It would
include up to 50 pictures of the Bride growing up, up to 50 pictures of the Groom growing up, and up
to 50 pictures of them as a couple, for a total of up to 150 pictures.  It would be about 10-12 minutes
long.

-We would supply a DVD player, projector, and screen to present the montage during your reception.
-The music from the montage would be tapped into and played through the DJs sound system for the
highest sound quality.
-The montage will be presented either during dinner or before the bride and groom’s first dance.
-You will receive a copy of the montage on DVD.

PRICE:  $200
-If you create the slideshow yourself and still need our equipment to show it:  $100 off
-If your venue already has a screen that can be used to show the montage:  $25 off
-If you supply your own projector:  $75 off

As for the photo montage, WE LOVED IT!  It was exactly what we wanted!  The music and photos
were just right and the entire crowd was paying attention.  Our parents were crying the whole time,
in a good way of course!

Monogram Projection

Give your reception a more personal touch by having your monogram projected onto the dance floor or
a wall in your venue!

Event Uplighting

Take your reception to an entirely new level with one of the newest trends in weddings!  We would
set up special lighting fixtures that would project colored lighting against columns or walls, toward the
ceiling of your venue.  You may choose 1 or 2 colors that we would use at your event (most people
pick their wedding colors to stay with their theme).  This will give your venue a much more elegant,
modern look, especially if your venue is very plain looking.  If you truly want your wedding to have a
different look and feel than all your friends and relatives recent weddings, then this is definitely for you!






































PRICE:  $200 for 10 fixtures or you may also rent them at $25 per fixture if you need less
than 10 fixtures.

The uplighting, looked WONDERFUL.  It was perfectly placed and it was amazing!!  Over the past 2
weeks in talking to friends, family, or anyone who will listen (ha ha), I tell them that the uplighting was
one of my best investments of the entire wedding.  It really took the atmosphere of our reception to
the next level.  We had minimal decorations and the uplighting definitely packed a punch!

Corporate Events

Whether it be a holiday celebration, an awards banquet, or a theme party, we can take care of all of
your entertainment needs!  We can provide dinner music, as well as fantastic party tunes to get your

School Dances

We love the energy that a younger crowd can bring to a school dance, whether it be an elementary,
junior high, high school, or college event.  Prices for school dances vary and are based on an hourly
rate.  We will make any necessary announcements, such as introducing the "court" for a Homecoming
or Prom, and we'll be happy to take requests from all the students.  Please note that all of our music is
edited, so no songs will be played that contain foul language.

Hello Brian,
