Weddings (Our Specialty!)

We've created over 1,200 personalized, unforgettable wedding receptions since 1996, and are favored
by numerous banquet halls, photographers, and other wedding vendors.  It's safe to say that weddings
are our specialty!  We know what it will take to give you the magical day you've always dreamed about!

We like to meet all of our brides and grooms in person so we can discover what their specific needs
are.  Then, about two weeks prior to the wedding, we will either meet with again or call the bride and
groom to make any changes and finalize all of the details, to ensure that everything is absolutely
perfect for them!

As you arrive to your reception, your DJ will be waiting for you outside.  He will then
introduce you and your bridal party as you make your grand entrance to be greeted by your loved
ones.  He will also maintain the proper flow of events throughout the entire evening, and will interact
with the crowd as much or as little as you want him to!  He'll work as a team with your photographer,
videographer, caterer, and hall manager to ensure that EVERYTHING rolls along according to plan!

We offer 4 separate packages for wedding receptions...

DO IT YOURSELF! (NEW FOR 2010!!!)
-We will deliver and set up a sound system & basic lighting to your event's location.
-You may hook up your laptop, iPod, or use your own CDs to play music.
PRICE:  $300 (you provide the music)
PRICE:  $400 (we load your laptop or iPod with music - we do not provide CDs)
**This package is designed for clients with extremely limited budgets, or for those who do not feel the
need for event coordination or emcee services.  Travel fees may apply.

The prices of our other 3 packages can range anywhere from $450 to $1,000 and depend on several
different factors (wedding date, location of event, number of guests, etc.).  To get an exact quote,

THE BASIC BASH
-We will assign the DJ that is most appropriate for your event.
-Basic lighting (multi-colored beams projected on the dance floor during dancing portion of the event)
-Performance time of 5 hours
-Optional 6th hour is FREE! (extra time beyond 6 hours may be purchased)

**This package is designed for receptions with up to 100 guests, second weddings, and non-formal
receptions

THE SUPERIOR CELEBRATION (OUR MOST POPULAR PACKAGE!)
-Your choice of DJ*
-Deluxe lighting (basic lighting plus mood lighting for cocktail hour and dinner)
-Performance time of 5 hours
-Optional 6th hour is FREE! (extra time beyond 6 hours may be purchased).

people wouldn’t dance but you kept the energy level high and everyone on the floor all night!  The
way you mixed certain songs together was really nice too.  I was also a little worried about the timing

the way we wanted it!

Brian,

Steve did an amazing job!  We couldn't ask for better performance from a DJ!  He did a great job of
communicating with us about the timeline and what was going to happen next.  That really put us at
ease and let us enjoy the night.  We also appreciated that Steve didn't bring a huge sign or banner
with him, or constantly “plug” your company like so many other DJs we had seen.   He just had some
business cards up at his table, which was fine with us.

He also kept people on the dance floor all night.  We think he read our crowd very well and was great
at mixing up the songs in a way to keep people moving.  The train that ended with a dance-off circle
was a ton of fun and will be a lasting memory for all of us!

Our meeting with you when we discussed everything went really really well and left us feeling good
about Ultimate Nights from the start.  The online planner and request list was really helpful and easy to
use.  The list of recommended “formal event” songs was great to have, and it was very comforting to
be able to set up a list of songs to play.  We actually liked only picking a few “must play” songs and
letting Steve pick the rest either from our “play if possible” list or similar songs which he felt were
appropriate.

We also really appreciated the upgraded sound system that you gave us but didn't charge us for.  The
music really filled up the room without ever feeling overpowering.  Overall, our experience with
Ultimate Nights was great from start to finish, and we would heartily recommend your company (and
especially Steve) to anyone!

First off I just wanted to say our reception was perfect and a big part of that was because of Steve.  
He was amazing!  As you know I was concerned with the pace of the evening - I wanted to stick to a
schedule and I was scared that it wasn't going to move along as smoothly as I wanted it to, but Steve
stuck to our plan and kept things moving just as we imagined!  I was also worried about the DJ being
annoying, or too loud and pushy (like so many I had seen before), but Steve was perfect!  He was
very professional throughout the whole evening!

Steve also stuck with my request list pretty much dead-on and mixed in some other songs to help
keep the dance floor full.  It was exceptional and we feel as if we received way more than we paid for

Ceremony Music

We'd be delighted to supply the processional, recessional, and any other background music for your
wedding ceremony.  Plus, if someone will be singing at the wedding, they can use one of our wireless
microphones!  We can also provide your minister or priest with a wireless microphone, so your guests will
be able to clearly hear the proceedings.  Our ceremony rates are priced at three levels...

Same Spot:  The DJ sets up his equipment in one single spot and isn't required to move the
equipment for the duration of the ceremony and reception (Example:  holding your ceremony on the
dance floor of your hall, then flowing right into the reception immediately following).  
Price: FREE!

Same Site:
 The DJ sets up in one spot for the ceremony, but is then required to move his equipment
to another spot, but on the same site, for the reception (Example: Nazareth Hall, ceremony in the
Grotto with reception in the Lady Glen Ballroom).  
Price: $75

Different Site:
 The DJ is required to perform at two separate sites for the ceremony and reception
(Example: ceremony at Toledo Botanical Garden with reception at the Clarion Hotel).  
Price: $150

Wedding Enhancement Items!!! (NEW FOR 2010!!!)

Photo Montage

This would be a slideshow presentation of the Bride & Groom, set to 3 songs of your choice.  It would
include 25 pictures of the Bride growing up, 25 pictures of the Groom growing up, and 25 pictures of
them as a couple, for a total of 75 pictures.  It would be about 10-12 minutes long.

-We would supply a DVD player, projector, and screen to present the montage during your reception.
-The music from the montage would be tapped into and played through the DJs sound system for the
highest sound quality.
-The montage will be presented either during dinner or before the bride and groom’s first dance.
-You will receive a copy of the montage on DVD.

PRICE:  $200
-If you create the slideshow yourself and still need our equipment to show it:  $100 off
-If your venue already has a screen that can be used to show the montage:  $25 off
-If you supply your own projector:  $75 off


Monogram Projection

Give your reception a more personal touch by having your monogram projected onto the dance floor or
a wall in your venue!









PRICE:  $150

Event Uplighting

Take your reception to an entirely new leve with one of the newest trends in weddings!  We would
set up special lighting fixtures that would project colored lighting against columns or walls, toward the
ceiling of your venue.  You may choose 1 or 2 colors that we would use at your event (most people
pick their wedding colors to stay with their theme).  This will give your venue a much more elegant,
modern look, especially if your venue is very plain looking.  If you truly want your wedding to have a
different look and feel than all your friends and relatives recent weddings, then this is definitely for you!

Corporate Events

Whether it be a holiday celebration, an awards banquet, or a theme party, we can take care of all of
your entertainment needs!  We can provide dinner music, as well as fantastic party tunes to get your
employees and coworkers on the dance floor!  Prices for corporate events vary and are based on
several factors.

School Dances

We love the energy that a younger crowd can bring to a school dance, whether it be an elementary,
junior high, high school, or college event.  Prices for school dances vary and are based on an hourly
rate.  We will make any necessary announcements, such as introducing the "court" for a Homecoming
or Prom, and we'll be happy to take requests from all the students.  Please note that all of our music is
edited, so no songs will be played that contain foul language.
